Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Beautifully presented bedroom toasty warm ( it snowed overnight !) Staff could not do enough for us in the restaurant at dinner and it was superb.

Negative: Only heating in bathroom was towel rail and it wasnt working so sadly paid for the spa bath bit didnt get to use it as the bathroom was so cold. Bedroom was super warm though.

Summary: Staff make it an exceptional place to stay. Had small snag but will return.
