Positive: Situated right in the downtown area, Villa Botar is an excelent place for those who want to explore the city on foot. I rented the Imperial room, which was clean and spacious. The common kitchen is a plus, equiped with basic amenities and an espresso machine, it allows for a quick breakfast. Another great feature is the free private parking lot in an area where street parking is scarce. Overall, a great experience and excellent value.
