Summary: The team were really helpful and were easy to contact and willing to help with any issues. I originally booked a different property but didn’t read the fine print and the team was accommodating and sorted me out with an alternative place to stay. However the way to collect the keys involved having to go out of the city centre and then back in to the property which was a bit of a hassle and the property I was given was not up to the standards I was expecting. The property was in the centre of town so every night it was very loud and i struggled to sleep. The property was enough to meet my needs but not enough for the price we paid.
