Negative: No welcome pack, disappointing in such an expensive property. Had to go out to get milk, tea etc. Games room poor, football table worn out, pool table too close to football table and cramped. Cues lacked tips and table not level. Play room games all needed tidying and sorting out components (cards, boards etc.) Wood stairs slippery Problems finding out how to turn lights, cookers on, host wasn’t fully briefed on this. Needed more info in advance, eg key pad Some kitchen utensils need replacement. Some crockery dirty. But we had a great weekend, thanks
