Positive: Useful location, close to town centre and very close to public parking.

Negative: Dirty, not cleaned properly, dirt under and behind beds, on skirting boards, around fireplace, in drawers, on floors etc. Very small towels, noisy neighbours upstairs, uncomfortable pillows and baby cot. Fridge freezer was like an iceburg and was in need of defrosting. Communal areas dirty too.
