The space
This beautiful newly refurbished home has been finished to an extremely high specification for guests to enjoy. There are 3 bedrooms - two of which have a double beds and the third room a single bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep an additional 6th guest if required.
The property itself is situated in a popular area in the vicinity of Sutton in Ashfleld. Kingsmill Hospital is a 6 minute drive away, McArthur Glenn Designer Outlet is 8 minutes away, Asda superstore 5 minutes away and there are also lots of fast food eateries such as McDonalds and chip shops, as well as a local pub and convenience store within walking distance.
The property is well served by public transport, should this be needed. For guests which are driving, the drive way will accommodate up to two cars, and street parking is also available which is free with no permits required.
It is the perfect location for a family weekend, business trip or for anyone working in the area for a long period of time and not wanting to be confined to a hotel room.
