Positive: The flat was clean and had everything available that we needed.

Negative: The hob was damaged (but still working as far as I could tell). Not an issue for us as we weren't planning to cook whilst staying there but we were not advised in advance and were worried we may be blamed for the damage. I reported it to Booking.com but got no response. The shower was not great - very low pressure but no big problem, just meant showering took longer. The booking advised there was parking on site but when we arrived the drive was blocked by neighbours cars. There was however space on the street so no problem. It also stated there were no parking restrictions, but all the cars had resident parking permits, presumably due to the school on the same road. Not an issue for us as staying in half term / weekend but may impact others staying there in term time.

Summary: Nice property, quiet and well equipped.
