Rotherham House boasts a modern feel, great for hosting special events as a family or a group.
An outstanding contemporary home in one of the North West's most exclusive residential areas.
Rotherham House is an outstanding detached property which was completed in 2021, beautifully designed to exacting standards of contemporary design incorporating high quality fittings. The result being a superb, easily manageable home, offering wonderfully flexible accommodation.
Ideal for small celebrations or quality time with friends and family.
The property is approached via private electric gates which lead to a large parking area.
The house offers around 5,000 sq ft of light-filled accommodation arranged over three floors and comprises a spacious entrance hall, illuminated by pendant lighting and with a beautiful Italian stone floor. This room leads through to an outstanding kitchen/family room, where there are a range of high-quality appliances.
To the front of house, you'll find a cosy, inviting cinema room with a large comfy sofa and impressive TV to wind down and relax.
Off the kitchen/dining/family area there is access to the garden via contemporary doors and also to a utility/cloakroom.
To the first floor, there are four super spacious, modern bedrooms, each with ample wardrobe space and a large bathroom. Three of which feature two single beds in each, that can be pushed together if needed. The fourth bedroom is a superior room, with a super king bed. It overlooks the garden with a Juliette balcony, offering a calming, peaceful view. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Going up to the second floor, you are greeted with a beautifully spacious relaxation room, perfect for spa treatments - a true escape for families and groups who want to experience peaceful moments. This bedroom overlooks the garden and pool area, with a spectacular bath and walk in shower.

The garden is delightful. It has been beautifully landscaped, bordered by mature hedges and specimen trees.
The exterior area consists of a relaxing outdoor bar with seating, a fully functional bar and large television. In addition there is a heated outdoor swimming pool - a perfect added extra which is great for entertaining all-year round.

Summary: A group of 8 of us stayed at Rotherham House for a lowkey Hen Do and it was absolutely perfect for us! It was beautifully clean and everything was as described. Everything was fully stocked and there was anything we could need readily available at the property. At first communication was hard to get a hold of, but was then happy to help us with preparations and help us with decor etc. While at the property, Lucy was available whenever we needed anything or to answer any questions. The karaoke machine which we had incorporated into our weekend itinerary was removed from the property and we were not warned about this, but were offered to be brought it the next day. This was a little disappointing as it was one of the reasons we had booked the property. We were only informed a couple of weeks before our stay that we would not be able to check in at the time advertised as another party were checking out, and this meant we had to change some of our plans around.Despite a couple of small hiccups, we had an amazing stay and everything was at a great standard. Would definitely recommend the property and would stay here again for sure!
