Positive: It was clean and tidy. Everyday kitchen items were available, so we didn't have to totally re-stock the kitchen. Things like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc Wifi was easy top join It was a quiet location

Negative: You might wish to mention that there are two steps into the property via front door, but only one step via the rear door, and that there is a step down into the kitchen. Sofa quite awkward for the oldies, as it's quite deep and low. It also takes up quiet a lot of the living room and window - no biggie, but if it were being replaced - although I saw a 'for sale' sign.
