Summary: In anticipation of my trip, I reached out to host to ask for check in procedure advised by VRBO, to be told bluntly that it would be sent on the day. Still not received on the day, messaged again, told it would be sent sometime that day. Arrived at property and waited outside as no code, received after a further phone call. Honestly felt the Garden area, was in need of a clean, large ‘day bed’ was dirty and well worn. Patio area not used as a result.House itself was nice, small but had everything including Nespresso machine with some pods. Bathroom is tired and some mould, with slow draining plug which filled within minutes.Overall left disappointment, as Communications with host could easily have been better, nice secluded location, but I felt let down.
