Travel Purpose: business

Positive: If you like hill walks then the location is fabulous. Spotless clean, everything works. Real fire lovely, even in summer. Pub with good food very close by, bit of an uphill walk back to cottage. Centre of village 10 minute walk for shops, pubs and lake (for boat to other tourist locations).

Negative: Not a criticism - only thing that would help (distance travellers) would be Saturday to Saturday rental to avoid traffic, but most rentals seem to be Fridays.

Summary: Superb cottage for Lake district and especially Helvellyn
