Positive: The bedrooms are amazing. Lovely comfortable beds, bedding, pillows were amazing. I put in the book….its like a house with really nice hotel rooms, but not a house meant for full on sharing. Bathrooms are amazing, very well thought out, only two without and they have a bathroom right between them so that is very well done. Showers amazing and hot. TVs all over the place which are working and good. Size of the property is great just needs a re think on communal spaces in my opinion. Location is amazing, but be aware parking is not great and other houses are obviously already wary of people parking outside, with less than a minute we were being asked to move cars.

Negative: No kettle. No coffee machine. Not really the right space in communal areas for the bedrooms…so you pay alot to use the space and it doesn’t work, more sofa areas needed. Games room….nice idea but everything was broken in it and again you can go in there but there are two chairs, so not a communal space at all The smell it has a weird drain, dirty mop smell throughout. It was clean, but there is something that needs sorting. Kitchen, the oven doesn’t work for the amount of people. You have two fridges but the smallest oven. No one responding to my request for a kettle that was broken, a house full of women and no brews! The numbers in your guidance book need updating to someone that actually responds, not one text back even now and we checked out yesterday One baking tray in the whole house, easy fix honestly and something from your book I see people have raised. Maybe just see what people wrote I think. Kitchen facilities need an overhaul but again an easy fix really for the money people pay.

Summary: Amazing bedrooms, bathrooms, needs a rethink on communal areas and property communications when you are actually there.
