Negative: I don't normally write bad reviews, but I think it's important for this to be there, so people who have business at the airport understand the situation of this apartment much better. On the map, this place looks close to the airport, but in reality, it is 6-10km away, depending on the route you take. The building is in a neighborhood that's under construction, so the roads are not paved and the traffic is slow. The Booking.com listing for this place mentioned "airport shuttle", so when we made the booking we wrote the owner to make sure they can pick us up when we arrive, and most importantly, give us a ride the next morning when we had a connecting flight. The owner initially responded affirmatively. On the day of the trip, we wrote to confirm pickup and let her know our arrival is delayed. She had forgotten about it, but said she'd be there. However, when it turned out our arrival would be about one and a half hours late, she cancelled, saying she has to be elsewhere when we arrive, and we should take an Uber. So I wrote to ask whether the ride to the airport the next day is still on (it was at 4am, so we were worried about catching a ride at that time in that location), but she told us to take an Uber instead, because she has other things to do in the morning. This upset me because the only reason we reserved this place as opposed to the hotel next to the airport was to save some money while ensuring we will still be at the airport on time.
