You have access to the whole property during your stay. We just ask that you treat our home with the respect you would your own. Please respect our neighbours at all times and the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am. It is a quiet neighbourhood with ample street parking and close to local amenties.
There is a bus stop at the end of the road which goes in to Gainsborough town centre in 5 minutes or from Gainsborough Lea Road Station you can get the train to Lincoln in 20 minutes, or Sheffield in 1 hour.
We have a property manager locally that can attend to any maintenance issues, just give us a call and we can arrange him to be there quickly. If you have any problems or concerns you can always contact us and we will do our best to rectify them.

Entrance to the house is by unique secure keycode. There is a ring doorbell camera and CCTV outside the property which will be recording the outside during your stay.
