Positive: The property was Absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated, very warm and cozy, and very spacious, A real home from home!! everything supplied...., lots of pots pans & logs for the fire, extra blankets for each room, the rain shower was lovely, and thank you so much for welcome treats! The village is stunning! The people are mega friendly, especially in the Golden fleece pub...and their food is really nice also. There is a fabulous looking woodland park in the village called Holden park, a 7 minute walk, which my grandsons and doggies thoroughly enjoyed. We went on the steam train from oakworth ( 10 min walk) to Haworth, which was stunning! Also visited penistone hills country park, bronte waterfalls, & hebden bridge, all within a short drive. It was new year week and there were some really great fireworks at midnight all around the village, we had a great view from the house!! The whole area is also super Dog friendly. We are feeling rather Deflated now back home, as non of us wanted to leave! The house and area really are a real majical treat. We will 100% be back!! Alot.....

Negative: The only thing i would change is the double bed matress, it was really hard for our liking, and we didnt feel comfy in it. (But thats a personal prefrence i guess). It wouldnt stop me visiting..... My grandsons in the twin room slept for England! Lol. Their beds were very nice.

Summary: A FIVE STAR PROPERTY!!!!!!
