Summary: From the outside the property looks good. Once inside there was evidence of mould in several areas of the property. The paint was peeling in the bedroom and water was getting in around the chimney stack. As a result the wall in the bedroom was mouldy. As my wife is a chronic asthmatic, this was far from ideal. We spent as little time at the house as possible but had to sleep there. When in use the shower leaked through the floor onto the armchair below. I took pictures of the damp areas and the peeling paint, should you wish to see them. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT, UNTIL THE ROOF/CHIMNEY IS REPAIRED, THE PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE LET. I was very disappointed with this property.
