Positive: Rachel and Robert were amazing throughout the booking process and stay. They were very accommodating with lots of extra touches which set them apart (home made cake, biscuits and bread) and were just genuine, calm and warm people. The location was great for visiting Cheddar gorge and wookey hole - close enough for only a short drive to each, but far enough away for it to feel like a tranquil area. The room was very comfortable, clean and homely. We loved the quality of the linen, shampoo/conditioner etc and the tea. The breakfast was delicious, again with fantastic quality of ingredients and choice of menu so you couldn't leave hungry.

Negative: The only thing we can think of is possibly the need for a second layer of blinds or shutters in the room to make it a bit darker at night/in the morning. This is a very minor thing though and certainly wouldn't impact us staying again.
