Positive: The villa looks exactly like in the pictures and you can definitely see the effort that was put into every single detail. The kitchen is well-equipped, coffee and wood for the barbecue fire are provided.

Negative: The lake (the very same one that is mentioned in the name of the property) was completely dried out. While I do understand that this aspect cannot be controlled, I consider that a heads-up (and a discount) would have been necessary. My group and I have booked this stay specifically for the lake view and easy access to water activities. At no point in time were we made aware of the situation (i.e., the absence of a lake), not even in the comprehensive email sent before our stay. Had we known about it, we would have definitely cancelled or at least postponed our stay.

Summary: Gorgeous villa, but no lake (it was completely dried out)
