Positive: The proprietor was immensely kind and responsive. My stay was blissfully quiet. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The property is near good bus routes and grocery shopping.

Negative: One of the doors to the property (back) can be quite finicky. Simple solution? Use the other one.

Summary: Thoughtul proprietor. All the amenities you need. Comfortable room. Well kept property.
