Positive: Lovely location just outside town and close to walking trails, ideal to go up the Llanberis track. Woodburner was cosy, tiny kitchen well equipped. Parking immediately outside. Sofa and chairs comfy with blankets. Games in the cupboard.

Negative: Hot water is a known issue, not mentioned on the website but lengthy descriptions in the file in the cottage - bath not useable and that was a feature we had booked for so disappointed, shower also temperamental. Owners dropped off extra logs so we could use the stove without paying for extra fuel.

Summary: Cosy cottage good for walking directly from.
