Positive: Beautiful property really loved the Christmas decor too

Negative: We had loads of cobwebs in our room . Also we was not informed that spa / pool hours were shortened . I had received various emails confirming the pool is open till 8pm . We really wanted to make the most of it and when we checked in we were told it was closing at 4pm instead . If they had let us know before hand it would have saved a lot of disappointment and we had a rushed swim for 30 mins and then asked to leave by the spa staff .

Summary: Great facilities and lovey lovely place . Would love to stay again just wish we knew the spa times had changed on NYE as
