Positive: Clean, well furnished, nice apartment.

Negative: Upstairs neighbor woke early (430 am) and argued loudly with his partner on several occasions, easily heard. This made for disruptive, uneasy, unsettling experience making us feel less safe in an otherwise safe enough appearing neighborhood. Apartment nicer than building.
