Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Check in instructions were sent before stay and where clear. Great location for work on Slough trading estate. Bed was comfy with plenty of covers etc

Negative: Unfortunately the host had the wrong phone number for myself and was corrected, However, this not deter one of the host to make a very abrupt phone call to myself. I was quite shocked how the host spoke to me regarding other people staying in the house. TV was broken, shower dripped and 1 shelf provided in the fridge was not enough. Was advised that there was no private parking and to park on the pavement outside. However woke twice to neighbors notes saying I had parked in 'their' parking space. With a little more attention to detail and better customer care this would be a great place to stay.
