Situated just to one side of the village of Winkleigh, a lovely refurbished bungalow with plenty of room to relax and unwind with far reaching views out over Dartmoor.

We have a cafe and Cider maker just a 1.5 minute walk down the road and multiple cafes, 2 pubs, village shop and an amazing butchers just 3 minutes walk in the other direction.

Consisting of 3 king size bedrooms and a twin room hosting 2 singles, we also have an optional self inflating king size bed to facilitate up to 10
The space
Private gated parking to the front with room for up to 7 normal family cars. A substantial secure fenced garden.
Inside you'll find spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area opening up onto a furnished glass balustrade deck with views out over Dartmoor, 368sq miles of adventure.
There is a utility room with its own entrance door home to a washer and dryer. The main bathroom has a bath tub and subtle lighting for a relaxing soak, two of the 4 bedrooms have en-suites.
Fully refurbished in spring '23.
The entire property is wheelchair accessible except the deck that has a very slight step through the doorway.
