Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Have stayed here before, so knew the rooms were nice and it was clean.

Negative: Have stayed here before with no issues, but this time I couldn't sleep due to a loud noise coming from somewhere in the building all night - like a heating pump/generator/ fan/ washing machine on spin cycle. Owner moved me to another room, but the noise was still there. Also, having been moved, my room wasn't serviced for 4 days. Have cancelled my booking for a work trip this month.
