Positive: The property is in an amazing location and the standards of the decorations and the apartment are exceptional! It is also lovely that biscuits, coffee and water are supplied on arrival

Negative: Something needs to be done about how cold the property is on arrival as it is heated by underfloor heatings that are linked to a timer switch and it takes several hours for tghe property to warm up. It is also ludicrous and unacceptable regarding the 10am checkout which needs to be addressed immediately as the cost of the apartment is very high apart from that. I also emailed them directly prior to booking and still have not received a response
