Positive: The location is brilliant, and having parking available was a big plus.

Negative: We did have to contact the host for some basic things like the Wi-Fi details and loo roll. These were provided promptly, we also requested a tea towel and that never arrived, so we sorted that out ourselves. I was surprised there wasn’t more information provided about accessibility - it’s reached via an external iron staircase, which was quite slippery when it rained. This wasn’t a problem for us, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues and it really should be made clear in the property description. There was also no information booklet about the property or check-out instructions, and we had to chase the return of our deposit.
