Positive: Brilliant location, beautiful building, nicely kitted out (kitchen was very well stocked). They left us some bread, eggs, milk, butter and cheese in the fridge, what a lovely touch. All the rooms looked beautiful. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was a decent size with a lovely shower. Bathrobes, towels and general amenities were great. Working TV. Warm, good central heating, great windows for daylight but good curtains to block the morning sunlight for sleeping. Key was in the door on arrival, communication was easy. Beautiful views.

Negative: A few little things: - There were a lot of ladybugs (which I don't really mind). The place felt like it had been cleaned well, but there were dead ladybugs on the floor so maybe it had just been cleaned a few days before and not checked on again? - The hot water went off halfway through my shower and there wasn't really anything they could do. I had to get my husband to boil the kettle a few times and pour water over me with a jug. The heating was still working but just no hot water in the taps. The hot water later came back on (after a few hours). - There are two arm chairs, both lovely, but hubby and I couldn't snuggle up to watch TV, it would be nice maybe if one chair was swapped out for a love seat or something just big enough for two people? We had a lovely stay, these are just a few things which could possibly help the place really be perfect.
