Summary: The room itself was clean and comfortable. No proper instructions were sent regarding accessing the room (which is via a key safe). Luckily, the girl in the pub had a scrap of paper with the details. I didn't see anyone from the hotel itself during my stay. There is a small kitchen with a breakfast bar (seating for two people), fridge, toaster etc but no sink. During my stay the room was being used to store three bikes belonging to other guests which I think is incredibly inconsiderate. What I find even more disturbing though, is the fact that they were allowed to do it. Either the management condones the practice or they were unaware. The latter suggests a lack of supervision of the property which I find disturbing. I sent an email the next day but have yet to receive a reply. Very poor customer service.
