Summary: loved the top floor comfortable sitting room and kitchen with fantastic view across the estuary. V comfortable bedrooms and excellent bathrooms. Small leak problem during the heavy rain which will have been sorted by now! Bit of a hike from ground level up to top floor - 50 stairs!! Would definitely book again - unfortunately already taken for our week next year!
