Summary: We liked the location, not too far from the tube and close to some great restaurants and shopping. The spiral staircase was a little to be desired (steep). Upgraded towels, linens & pillows would be an improvement. Access to guest shower was not optimal, maybe some privacy panels. No power in guest bathroom is a problem, but probably can’t be helped. Upstairs amenities are nice! We should not have had to wait 40 min.to get inside while waiting for host. Let people know it’s easier to enter at lower entrance with luggage. Just some suggestions for improving, has great potential!
