Positive: Location was great. Downstairs layout was great and the kitchen was well equipped

Negative: It was not clean, at all. Other peoples old faeces on toilet brush. Seems like it hasn’t had a proper clean in a very long time. Lost a phone and found a mound of crumbs (amongst other things under the cushion covers. Lots of mould in en suit. Lots of little things were problematic; door handle came off on the inside of the upstairs bathroom meaning you couldn’t get out , radiators not securely attached to walls, bits of skirting board coming off, but of curtain pole was help on with the curtain that just fell off when we shut them on the first night. Very unloved, NRG ejected and not maintained at all. Very sad as a lovely house but needs some investment of time. No effort was made to tidy garden which was covered in leaves and berries making it unusable.

Summary: Great location. House has lots of potential.
