Summary: Peter was very welcoming and good to get travel updates before arrival. Room clean and nice to have a simple breakfast buffet with option to cook too. Room was cold and had to put a coat on as the heating didn't kick in until around 9-30 / 10pm....info in private room said that all windows ie toilet and corridor were to be left open for ventilation. seemed a bit odd but open roof space in corridor added to the chill ! Heard Karaoke going on which I was kindly warned about but not an issue. Decent value but need to address the late thermostat time badly!
