Summary: Positives: Location - great spot in a nice suburb and close to transport Access/communication - great with keyless entry and WhatsApp messaging Feel - Modern accomodation with good sized kitchen, bathroom and bed Recommendations: Heat - On two 30c degree days the heat was pretty unbearable. Two small fans and provided but I highly recommend ceiling fans. The ceiling height works and there is power so ceiling fans would be an easy addition. Bedding - I recommend changing to a winter bed doona and sheets. Again on a hot day the bed was very hot with winter doona, topper Cleaner - Ask the cleaner to clean under the bed. It was very dusty there and the fans just blew it around the unit Towels - Suggest replacing them. They are very fluffy and it just comes off on you after each shower
