Positive: Great, characterful flat in a convenient location with plenty of places to eat or buy food and drink nearby. Getting in was easy, thanks to very clear instructions, even though we were very delayed arriving. Living room is a lovely spacious, light room with a decent size dining table and sofas. Nice touch to have games, novels, jigsaw and playing cards. The kitchen is also spacious and airy. Really well equipped with a further table and seating. The third bedroom is very small but with a ood size, comfortable bed and enough space for clothes and luggage. The floorplan makes this really clear, so we were fully aware before booking. A great place for sightseeing. Park nearby is huge and well-used.

Negative: Stairs are a bit tatty, steep and worn up to floor 1. Fine for us, but not if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage. Bathrooms are very cramped but work well and it's good to have 2 and neither ensuite.
