Positive: Perfect for convenience i.e. train , bus. Nice area for walking and sea side and fair. Yet a quiet area. Thank you.

Negative: Oh it wasn't that we didn't like the 20 or so stone steps up to the Nook. It was just a bit challenging for us old dears ha.

Summary: Excellent Position and practical.
