Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location and access to the property were all excellent for our needs. Communication before we arrived with door codes etc was also helpful. Parking next door to the house was also appreciated. The kitchen facilities were useful so we could make a cup of tea & use the fridge for milk. Good WiFi signal. All facilities were basic but this was acceptable at the price charged.

Negative: Cleanliness was not the best. Cobwebs in the room & (shared) bathroom & the bathroom was pretty scruffy. We hadn't realised it was a shared bathroom as this was not made clear on the listing. The heated towel rail was coming away from the wall! The house was very creaky with every movement from the residents above being heard by us below and this noise started at 4.30am & went on until they left at 7.30am!

Summary: Great price for 1 nights stay but won't stay here again
