Positive: The room was big.

Negative: The hotel is located on a high street and is extremely noise because it runs along a busy main road. We could hear all the street noise from our room. Furthermore, the bathroom had a very offensive odour and there were used tissues left behind the toilet. The shower was also broken and the water was warm not hot. To make matters worse, there was no fresh toilet paper, only a half used roll. We went downstairs and asked the staff to clean the bathroom because of the smell. However, when we return from the shops, the bathroom door was wide open and though it smelled like air freshener had been sprayed, the offensive odour remained. We parked our car on the hotel premises on the first day we arrived. On the second night, as we were trying to park, we were treated poorly, as if we were not paying guests. We were told to find alternative parking outside the premises because other customers' cars were already there. Our car could have easily fit into the space but the staff member was abrupt and inconsiderate. Because the area carried a high security risk and we had specifically booked this hotel because it advertised secure parking, we decided to check out that same night. On top of everything else, the room had a kettle but no cups, tea bags, or sugar. There was iron board in the room without iron as well.
