Summary: Unfortunately this stay was poor compared to numerous previous stays. One of the pool areas was closed (wasn’t clear until after booking) and the forum pool area had several problems with hot tubs, etc. The technical issues didn’t stop there lifts did not work to the rooms and involved climbing several staircases We checked in and were told there’d be bottled water in the room, there wasn’t, we enquired at front desk and they said it had already been sent to the room and they’ll send more. Nothing ever came. The room was very poor. It was a potential adjoining room with the joining door closed however it was uncomfortably clear what was being said (even whispered) and watched on television in the next room. All in all very disappointing break.
