Positive: Lovely property in remote location with cosy fireplace, small but well laid out with enclosed garden area for the dog. The fire is delightful and if you take your own food etc you wouldn’t need to leave, we arrived on Friday afternoon and having stayed previously knew that the property had cooking facilities, fridge etc - took our own meals and booked nearby for dinner on the Saturday but you really wouldn’t need to leave if you didn’t want to or need to, gorgeous property, there’s a hot tub too that can be heated for your arrival but we didn’t use this, views from the property are beautiful and a short drive to Elie or St Andrews

Negative: The access road to the property is a farm road that has some wear and tear but taking your time you’ll be fine and this isn’t anything to do with the owner or the standard of the property just to be aware - it wouldn’t put us off staying again.
