Positive: It was clean, well equipped kitchen. Very quiet. Lovely walk through the park to town.

Negative: The bed settee was uncomfortable, a mattress topper would be good. We couldn't have one decent shower, even though we put water heater on well in advance, it ran cold after a couple of minutes. All windows and door didn't shut very well. No bedside cabinet. 2 fold up chairs were put behind the drop leaf table against the wall. And by the side were 2 big garden chairs. Given how small the place is this it made it very difficult to sit at table. We ended up putting the garden chairs by fridge and pushing the table up against the wall then put one chair by side and other in front. Think dishwasher and garden chairs are unnecessary. We did sit outside for half hour, but the garden was a bit scruffy and there was stagnant water in the fountain feature. This really isn't an apartment, it's very much like a garden sunhouse we used to have. Maybe ideal for a single person, but for a couple it was just too small. No where to put anything, we didn't bother unpacking our bags.
