Summary: We were looking for somewhere to stay as a treat as it was our anniversary, so were prepared to pay a bit more than you would for a budget hotel. Looked at the usual 'special' hotels but they were waaaay over budget, and for one night (and standard 4pm check in and 10am check out) with no breakfast, felt they were simply not worth the money. I happened across The Lincoln Suites by chance, just browsing, and booked two nights (for less money than one night at one of the other hotels) and for that we got an apartment, with all the facilities and more; fully stocked kitchenette, towels, toiletries in the bathroom, TW, free Wi-Fi, 24 hour reception. Clean, very well maintained, lovely lobby, a real hidden gem. It wasn't cheap by any measure, but it very close to everything, and was a treat for us, totally worth it, and we would love to come back.
