Summary: Double Room - 9/10. Great size. Lovely and clean. Very nice decor. Presumably ‘upgraded’ to a triple room… Bathroom - 8/10. Nice, clean bathroom. Good shower. Good towels. Steps down into bathroom means this wouldn’t be easy for some… Bed - 10/10. Decent bed and pillows. WiFi - N/a. Didn’t use. Staff - 8/10. No real interaction other than through garbled intercom and follow-up phone call. Hotel - 8/10. Great location for a night before a Gatwick flight. Decor was decent quality throughout. Only let down was the waiting on the doorstep for 10-15 mins as we couldn’t get in - despite arriving bang on our already advised eta. Advised that this was due to “phone signal issue”. Despite this, would consider staying again if needing an early flight from LGW…
