Positive: The location was great with a tube stop down the road and a 3 mins walk, with local shops and cafes/bars

Negative: The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress sagged in the middle. The pillows were flat and need replacing. The shower was uninviting. We got a basement room which was dark and gloomy. There was building work going on in the room opposite which woke us and noisy neighbours above. No staff to complain to.

Summary: Location great, everything else drab and gloomy.
