Positive: Good location. Quite. Clean. Parking. Lovely walk, initially through the woods, into Graffham where there is a pub, great shop, bowling green and sports clubs, etc.

Negative: Let down by lack of a few basic things which could be easily fixed: Towel rails in the bathroom would be nice as tiny towel rad just large enough for two hand towels but nowhere to hang wet bath towels or put any clothes. Coat hooks on the back the bathroom and bedroom doors would be very useful. Two massive sofas unnecessary for two people, would be better to have a small table and couple of chairs for eating at, etc. On the day of departure we woke up to no hot water or heating. Passed the heating engineer as we left, he said there was no oil for the boiler!

Summary: Great potential but needs some basics fixed.
