Positive: Due to a lot of travel disruption, we didn’t arrive until almost 1am. Mark, the host, came to greet us even at this untimely hour. There was even a welcome sign made for my daughter. The Hide Out was a great choice, it was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. We also loved the decor. Mark could not have been more helpful, he went over and above to ensure that we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
