Summary: Property very good, well equipped kitchen for 12 people. Large towels always a bonus and toiletries. The games room is excellent. Julia & John the owners very helpful. Only downside was the enclosed patio area as it was gravel so children couldn't use although there was a field children to young to go on their own.
