Summary: Warm and dry. Very clean. Well equipped. Great lication. Good sized garage parking. Rear patio gets some sun in the afternoon. Pets allowed but not upstairs or on the furniture with the threat of an additional charge if they make a mess. Luckily our dog never jumps up on the sofa or sleeps at the end of the bed but I'm guessing some do.
