Positive: The room I had was very nice, clean. Super spacious. Very happy with it overall.

Negative: Checking in process. Myself and my friend were trying to check in so we can get ready for our Christmas Party event and we were completely ignored, all staff members at reception looked at us and didn't acknowledge us. We then stated we are trying to check-in and then just responded with "ok" someone finally processed what we said and did our check-in. Wasn't very welcoming. Not sure if they were having an off day.
