Positive: Freya met us on the first day and was so friendly and welcoming! We were shown around and then taken to our room, talk about character- this place is fascinating. It was our first wedding anniversary, and we had an amazing time The food was excellent, the company was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

Negative: Anti slip mat in bath and shower
